Accepted Answer

Up to 1 unused session per month rolls over to the next month within your term. Sessions don't roll over between terms.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-term?

Yes! You can increase your sessions per month at any time. The difference is prorated for the remaining months.

What's the 7-day credit for single sessions?

If you book a single session and decide to join a package within 7 days, we'll credit the $250 toward your first payment.

Is there a parent or coach option?

Yes — our Parent/Coach Bridge provides a 10-minute recap note after key sessions to keep parents and coaches informed.

How long are the coaching sessions?

Each private coaching session is 60 minutes, conducted one-on-one with Jorie Hall via video call.

What's the difference between 3, 6, and 12-month packages?

Longer commitments offer better per-session rates: 3-month is $175/session, 6-month is $160/session, and 12-month is $150/session. Plus, 6 and 12-month packages get a 10% pay-in-full discount.

Can I pause my package?

Yes, one pause of up to 30 days is available on 6- and 12-month packages. This is helpful during off-seasons or vacations.

What if I need to cancel?

Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current month. Pay-in-full packages have a 14-day refund window, with used sessions charged at the $250 walk-up rate.
