1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spotless Mynd's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Spotless Mynd provides mental performance coaching services for athletes, including:

• Private 1-on-1 coaching sessions
• Membership access to resources and community
• Coaching packages of varying durations

3. Membership and Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions are billed annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4. Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are offered in 3, 6, and 12-month terms with specified sessions per month. Key terms include:

• Sessions must be scheduled within your active term
• Up to 1 unused session per month may roll over within the same term
• Sessions do not roll over beyond your term end date
• 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule sessions

5. Single Sessions

Single sessions are available for purchase at the current rate. If you purchase a coaching package within 7 days of a single session, that session fee will be credited toward your first package payment or pay-in-full amount.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Spotless Mynd.

7. Code of Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Treat coaching staff and other members with respect
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide adequate notice
• Not share account access or session recordings without permission
• Use services for personal development only, not commercial purposes

8. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Disclaimer

Mental performance coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. Our services are educational and supportive in nature. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

Spotless Mynd and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through Spotless Mynd are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
